As the founder of Jessica Poole Communications Collective, I bring more than 15 years of experience in sports management and athletic communications to every client relationship. I’ve worked at the highest levels of college and pre-professional athletics, where I’ve led branding efforts, managed complex communication strategies, and elevated the visibility of teams, coaches, and players. My career has taught me the power of a well-told story and the importance of aligning communication with purpose and values. 

I previously served as Team President and COO of Minnesota Aurora FC, where I lead operations, grow revenue, and expand the club’s reach through strategic leadership. My previous work at Chicago State University sharpened my skills in overseeing large budgets, managing diverse teams, and building meaningful community engagement. I’m proud to be recognized by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal as a Women in Business award winner, and even prouder to help leaders—especially women and small business owners—find their voice and use it to lead with confidence and clarity.
